We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱45,000 - ₱60,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Due to our growth and expansion, we are in search for an experienced Quality & Innovation Manager (QIM) to join our team based in Makati. This is an opportunity to join our management team in a key role charged with ensuring consistent delivery of quality services to our clients. You will be responsible for making sure all internal processes get followed by the team, and more importantly work to continuously improve the processes that drive success in our business. This is a position for a big picture thinker, a sharp accountant who excels at coaching, and believes in constantly improving through training and education. You’re a rockstar at reviewing transactions. You have a keen eye for exceptions that need to be managed and identifying ways to improve across the team.

The role of QIM is responsible for all aspects of Quality, Compliance, Innovation and Process Excellence. We need someone equipped with comprehensive knowledge of the structure and dynamics of company systems, flexible and able to ensure successful implementation of projects, ability to collaborate, understand and effectively communicate to motivate the team, can multitask and manage many different activities within the company, show empathy and deliver a high level of confidence through sound negotiation skills. “Doing it right the first time” and “Counting on quality” are how we work, and you are KEY to us achieving it!
o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or any related
o At least 5 years of working experience including 3 years of leadership roles in the Quality & Process Excellence field.
o Has good grasp of Six Sigma Methodologies.
o Excellent team management skills
o Setting up metrics, do base lining and help operations in achieving the targets
o Identify and evaluate key risk areas and recommend improvements
o Preferably Assistant Managers/Managers.
o Candidate must be willing to work at Makati
o Required skill(s): Six Sigma Belt Certified, Process Excellence workflow
o Drive innovation theme across Aretex network, Develop and maintain business process documentations that will be used as reference for preparing test cases, training documents, etc.
o Strong knowledge in effort estimations using FMEA andor Gage R & R
o Interact with clients and mentor high end transformation projects
o Help operations to close Non-conformance as per suggested time lines by internal audit team
o Validate RCA and CAPA for all defects and ensure zero defect process
Continuous improvement mindset through Technology and Innovation;
o Develops, executes, and maintains business process improvement projects
o Participate in Continuous Improvement sponsored projects as necessary, Monitors the results of improvement projects and composes reports, Track and communicate status of business initiative projects to management
o Present analyses, solutions and business cases to senior management.
o Coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements.
