As a competent company, we Personiv are looking for candidates for the position of recruitment specialist (project-based) | temp wfh with contract work system. We are looking for candidates who uphold honesty and discipline at work, with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree, experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources and domiciled in National Capital Reg and surrounding areas.

Our company offers competitive salary that can be adjusted to how skilled the capability of interested candidates will be, with monthly base salary ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 in accordance with the decisions of our company's HRD.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in sourcing and recruiting strategy planning
  • Assists in applicant lead generation efforts, scheduling, and pre-screening.
  • Coordinates and works with hiring managers/operations counterparts/training counterparts for candidates’ endorsements and addressing recruitment-related concerns.
  • Maintains target hire databases.
  • Administers pre-employment exams, facilitates final interview of applicants, job offers, and completes the pre boarding requirements of new hires.
  • Assists with important documents for new hires, encoding new hire information in the company databases, and preparing new hire 201 files.
  • Perform other duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Must Possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • With at least 2 years of working experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition preferably in a high volume environment.
  • Must have experience in handling Finance & Accounting positions (e.g. US Tax, CPAs, GL, AR, AP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding Customer Service skills.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules including graveyard.
  • Possess a forward-thinking positive and “can do” attitude.
  • Skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedules (including evening shifts), rendering OTs when needed, and working during PH holidays.
  • Must be open to a 5-month Contract Employment with a possibility of extension.
  • Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (when work-in-office resumes).
