We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Refrigeration & Airconditioning Mechanic. For those of you who live in Paranaque City and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Mary Grace Cafe, and able to under a full time working hours.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱15,000 - ₱19,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Description
The Refrigeration & Airconditioning Mechanic (Technician) is responsible for conducting corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on all heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. The technician will ensure that all equipment used are in good and safe working condition, giving satisfaction to all end-users, and ultimately, to our guests.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installs, maintains, and repairs ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment.
- Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Executes risk-based maintenance on systems and equipment.
- Cleans, adjusts, and repairs systems and executes warranty services.
- Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Provides technical direction and on-the-job trainings.
- Keeps daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
- Complies with service and safety standards and work instructions.
Qualifications:
- At least a Vocational Course Graduate, having NC-II in RAC/DomRAC Servicing is an advantage.
- Has at least 6 months of facilities repairs and maintenance experience (specifically with ref and air-con equipment).
- Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
- Ability to communicate clearly in verbal & writing form and proficient in reading work plans.
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, dominantly night shift for preventive maintenance program execution.
- Able to work in confined spaces.
- Willing to travel to various Mary Grace Cafe locations.
