We are offering a salary of ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Job Title: Regional Trade Marketing Specialist


The Regional Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for the conceptualization, development, implementation, and evaluation of all Below-The-Line (BTL) and “GrassRoots” programs in the region. This includes activities such as merchandising, sales caravans, and community building through strategic partnerships with academies, local government units (LGUs), brands, private and public organizations in retailer and non-traditional merchandising, on-ground activations, and events. The specialist will work towards increasing visibility for DITO Telecommunity Brand/Products on-the-ground and achieving brand health, customer satisfaction, and subscriber acquisition and revenue targets.


  1. Regional Trade Marketing Program Development and Operations:
  • Set the vision and strategy for the trade marketing roadmap.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate trade marketing programs.
  • Identify opportunities to scale trade marketing efforts in the mid-to-long-term setup.
  • Assess existing trade marketing programs and processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  1. Budget and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management:
  • Create, track, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and metric status reports.
  • Provide monthly regional budget forecast, cash flow, accruals, and payables to finance.
  • Provide KPI status to the Trade Marketing Group Head.
  1. Inter-Department/Cross-Functional Team Coordination:
  • Coordinate, document, and process trade marketing requirements with internal groups such as procurement, supply chain, finance, legal, sales process automation (SPA), information technology (IT), channels, and other related groups.
  • Coordinate with various departments for trade marketing programs on merchandising, strategic partnerships, and events.
  1. Vendor Management:
  • Coordinate and manage third-party agencies for merchandising, sales blitzes, events, and other services.
  • Monitor installation rate, productivity rate, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
  • Provide monthly reports on installation and productivity rate of third-party agencies.
  1. Inventory:
  • Monitor quantity and conditions of merchandising materials and collaterals.
  • Coordinate repair, refurbishment, and replenishment.
  • Provide monthly reports on merchandising materials and collaterals status.
  1. Retailer Merchandising:
  • Monitor and ensure proper execution of third-party agency activities and retailer merchandising drills based on agreed guidelines/standards.
  • Provide consolidated monthly reports on retailer merchandising status.
  1. Non-Traditional Merchandising:
  • Manage twelve year-long partnership projects, including negotiations, budget creation, documentation, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Provide consolidated monthly reports on trade marketing operations achievement vs. targets per month and annually.
  1. Competitor Check:
  • Provide monthly reports on competitor updates per cluster and region related to merchandising and events.
  • Provide consolidated monthly reports on competitor trade activities.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Coordinate and discuss the regional roadmap, KPI status, and related items with stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  1. Documentations/Reports:
  • Prepare various documentations and reports, including budget, payables, visibility and revenue target tracking, merchandising inventory and status, retailer merchandising installation and productivity rate, post-campaign reports, concept decks, promo work plans, purchase requests, purchase orders, competitor activity check, business reviews, month business analysis, etc.

Job Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a relevant field.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing compelling awareness, strategic partnerships, and on-ground activation programs.

• Experience in community management.

• Familiarity with B2B and B2C marketing.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


• At least 6 years of experience in trade marketing or a related field.

• Experience in the FMCG or Telco industry.
