The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱16,000 to a maximum of ₱38,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

The RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER is responsible for the results and performance of the brick and mortar stores of the company. The ROM will lead the team of Area Managers and together with them, create a highly productive and driven environment, where employees are enabled to deliver optimum performance and provide loyal and new customers alike, delightful service and world class products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the stores attain retail sales and service targets through monitoring and improvement of measurable indicators that drive the business.
- Monitor team and individual Key Results Areas and Objectives to provide feedback and analysis to the Revenue and Business groups.
- Manage team resources to maximize sales, foot traffic, floor coverage, and customer engagement.
- Oversee the development of personal relationships with loyal and new customers. Be a role model in establishing deeper customer relationships and loyalty.
- Monitor external factors, including competitors’ activities and recommend schemes to maintain market leadership.
- Produce strong results from proactive outreach and the development of a personal client business through ROM’s own efforts and the sales team.
- Provide consistent coaching on retail sales and product to ensure the highest level of customer service and delight.
- Maintain relationship with mall operators and leverage this for better rates and other concessions.
- Grow the business through the expansion of brick-and-mortar stores and identify promising opportunities and/or partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
