The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱15,000 - ₱20,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Sales and Operations Admin Assistant

Location: Mandaue City

Job Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or any 4-year related course
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Office
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Pleasing personality

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling for Sales and Operations Managers
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the managers
  • Drafts proposals, quotations, costings and other document needed for Sales activities
  • Drafts, monitors, and handles safe keeping of service contracts agreement
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the managers
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
  • Coordinates travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents for the managers
