The Sales Coach in this role gets to:
- Sales Skills: Meet Consultant/Sr. Consultant Requirements.
- Communication Skills: Meet Consultant/Sr. Consultant Requirements.
- People skills: Decision-making ability with ownership and leadership. Highest level of People Management & Conflict Resolution Skills. People development and value addition activities. Do the team’s appraisals. Conduct periodic huddle sessions and team performance review sessions. People development and value addition activities. Do the team’s appraisals. Maintain Agent Profile and SWOT Analysis. Must have time management skills, interpersonal skills, and team playing skills.
- Metric Management: MSV and Training Need Analysis. Training Content Development. Sales Training for New Hire and Production Agents. Huddle session as per client requirement. Ability to detect, gauge, and correct variations and defects in the transactions. Conduct periodic huddle sessions and team performance review sessions. Conduct Calibration sessions with Team Managers and SMEs. Execution of Sales Improvement Plans. Monitoring and Drive Incentive Plans.
- Analytics: Report generation, report analysis, stack ranking, and improvement measures. Should be able to analyze data and present positives, opportunities along with corrective measures to improve. Review chat transcripts and provide feedback sessions. Sound Knowledge of MS Office and other Quality Tools.
