To candidates with Bachelor's/College Degree which prioritizing honesty and discipline and experienced in the field of Sales/Marketing & Sales - Corporate, we Sansyu Precision Lipa, Inc., are looking for candidates who are interested to join us and fill the position as sales leader and dedicated to work in full time which domiciled in Calabarzon & Mimaropa and surrounding areas.
We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱15,000 - ₱20,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Job Description:
ü Carry-outs sales activities, management policies and company program effectively.
ü Attends regularly scheduled meetings, as well as other meetings which may be called by the superior from time to time.
ü Reports to concerned function quality-related problems encountered while performing tasks.
ü Responds to and follow-up customer’s inquiries pertaining to customers’ purchase orders, forecasts and quotations by mail and telephone.
ü Keeps documents form customer like quotation, purchase agreement and customer’s information sheet.
ü Updates and monitors SPL Sales System.
ü Exceeds customer expectations and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction.
ü Builds relationship with customers and develop business as company policy and goal.
ü Establishes work priorities, ensures deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
ü Provides detailed and accurate sales forecasting.
ü Proposes improvement and ideas for general benefit of the company or for a more effective and efficient performance of work for consideration by superiors.
ü Prepares, sends and communicates to customer the necessary documents like quotations and customer satisfactory survey.
ü Establishes and maintains effective working relationship with co-workers and superiors.
ü Understands and applies the principle of Quality Policy and Environmental Policy of SPL in the performance of tasks.
ü Performs other specific verbal and written instructions given by the superiors.
Qualifications:
ü Graduate of 4-year Marketing Management Course
ü With at least 2 years related working experience in manufacturing company
ü With strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills
ü Can work with minimal supervision
ü Computer literate
