The initial salary that we can offer is quite competitive with a range of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. If the credibility and experience that the candidate has exceeds the minimum criteria we need, the salary can change and adjusted according to the decisions of our company's HRD agreement.

As a Sales and Marketing Support Representative, you will be responsible for being the back-end support for the Sales Team in all the projects – that means handling and monitoring inbound calls, project tracking, lead qualifying, data entry, and support for the sales accounts team in the US. You will also assist the SlideGenius executive staff with internal projects and/or tasks that are designed to increase efficiency and productivity.
Updates Salesforce Accounts and Contact records to help with the sales process and maintain data integrity.
Assists Sales Executive in filtering incoming emails on their email account.
Makes use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create lists of potential new contacts for existing client accounts, update existing contacts that are no longer in the same company, and gather contact information for outbound campaigns.
Keeps track of client project emails.
Aggregates data for Account Executives to use for client consultations and/or outreach campaigns.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical handling skills.
Have experience with Inbound and Outbound calls.
Must be proactive, accountable, action-oriented, and self-starter.
Prior experience and knowledge of Project Management and CRM software and or technology solutions desirable.
Prior experience and knowledge of an agency is desirable.
Ability to work with management, colleagues, and customers throughout the business and industry at every level.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Calendar, Spreadsheets, etc.
Must be a team player and gets along with others easily.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience.
1 to 3 years of sales experience.
