We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱18,000 - ₱19,000.
Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

As a Sales Assistant in our travel agency, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in delivering outstanding travel experiences to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to answer customer inquiries, provide them with relevant information, and ensure a seamless booking process. You will also be involved in promoting travel packages, maintaining client records, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the agency. - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and itinerary planning.
- Understand clients’ travel requirements, preferences, and budget to offer suitable travel packages and options.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and other travel-related services to provide up-to-date and accurate recommendations to customers.
- Promote and upsell travel packages, upgrades, and additional services to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the Sales Executive to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new travel products, and services to continuously improve knowledge and provide valuable insights to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing travel documents, and preparing reports as required.
