We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱19,000 - ₱25,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! Job Summary:
She will provide hands-on supervision to employees when the Store Manager or Restaurant Manager is unavailable. Serve a role on the floor with their co-workers but have more supervisory authority, giving them the decision-making power to respond to customer complaints or decide disputes between employees. She makes sure that her team is meeting benchmarks for success and take care of employee absences, issues with equipment and closing or opening tasks.
Job Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
·Two (2) years above experience in the restaurant industry
·Sales driven person
·Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organization and leadership skills
·Dependable, reliable and ethical person
·Has sense of accountability, urgency, leadership and optimistic
·Ability to work on weekends and holidays
