We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Specialist I Order Management. We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

In this capacity, you will provide order status, product pricing, delivery, and parts information to seamlessly serve our customers as well. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In this role, you will:
- Receive, enter, and process orders into the Business System.
- Respond to general inquiries and requests received from the mailbox and identify the need for escalations.
- Coordinate with factory personnel, representatives, inside sales, and customer support.
- Notify customers of the promised delivery date and provide shipment confirmation to customers.
- Update order and quote records and status in Business System.
For this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course
- At least 1.5 years of experience related to documentation management, data entry, and/or data administration support or function.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
- Applicable business processes and system tools, including Oracle, FileNet, eDocs, and SharePoint.
- General understanding of the quote-to-cash process.
