We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Sr. Data Analyst (Finance) | WFH | Night Shift. For those of you who live in National Capital Reg and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Personiv, and able to under a full time working hours.

If you have experience in the field of Accounting/Finance & Corporate Finance/Investment with at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.

We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile valuation and transaction data from external custodians, operators or account statements across private investments funds
  • Investigate, research, and resolve performance measurement discrepancies, involving appropriate resources across product and or functional teams to bring issue to resolution on performance, contribution, or attribution. 
  • Generate reports and respond to technical questions concerning client accounts and strategy performance statistics  
  • Ensure accuracy of security attributes, classifications and indexes 
  • Identify process breakdowns, propose solutions to drive simplification and effectiveness within functional team 
  • Adhere to firm’s control policies and procedures  
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in client performance reporting, fund management & accounting or related operations role 
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field 
  • Direct experience with Addepar or other performance reporting software preferred (e.g. Orion, Black Diamond, Tamarac)
  • Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks and keep team apprised on open items 
  • Advanced Excel skills required  
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Amenable to work fixed night shift (US hours), including holidays
  • Amenable to work in Alabang once work in office resumes
