The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

The Supply Chain Head is responsible for the development, execution and monitoring of supply chain strategies geared towards improvement of productivity and efficiency of operations and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement programs, policies, or procedures that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies. Prepare and review budget vis-a-vis target volume and projects.
- Monitor logistics to ensure in-full and on-time delivery of products to customers.
- Manage total distribution cost ensuring the most optimal logistics network.
- Confer with supply chain planners to forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials or products.
- Manage activities related to strategic or operational procurement, material requirements planning, and inventory control.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance and provide sound recommendations based on data
- Ensure compliance to legal, regulatory requirements as well as QSHE policies and procedures
- Leads the team in conceptualizing, developing and executing continuous improvement projects, and measuring performance through agreed upon KPIs.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with 3PL service providers.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 8 to 10 Year(s) of working experience in Supply Chain Management; 5 years as Department Head in an FMCG industry
- Required Skill(s): Warehouse Management, Inventory Planning, Importation, Procurement, Vendor Management, Process Improvement, Strategic Planning, Data Analytics, People Development
- Willing to be based in Meycauayan, Bulacan
- Willing to travel from time to time at the Head Office located at Ortigas Pasig
