Our company ePERFORMAX Contact Centers Corporation is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Pasay City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Computer/Information Technology & IT-Network/Sys/DB Admin, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of systems engineer and be able to work in full time system.
In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

- Monitor helpdesk system for incoming tickets and address the concerns accordingly
- Provide on-site desktop support and troubleshooting
- Install software, upgrade IOS and application to laptops and desktops
- Deploy desktops and laptops as requested
- Verify technical issues with the client’s technical contacts and escalate the issue as necessary
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or any degree relevant to the position
- Has worked in a similar industry and in similar capacity such as providing technical helpdesk support and onsite desk support to a large corporate deployment
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows operating systems (servers and desktop)
- Knowledge of legacy and VOIP telephony is preferred
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays)
