The position shall be assigned to lead and manage the SHARED SERVICES RECRUITMENT TEAM. Design, develop and execute a new talent acquisition strategy for the company. Be able to find, hire and retain talented candidates, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships at the workplace.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of solid supervisory experience in talent acquisition or similar HR role
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
- Strong knowledge of different recruitment and selection methods
- Hands-on experience with job postings and other sourcing strategies
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, sourcing and recruitment marketing tools
- Result-driven and lead time conscious
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Adept in labor laws and the latest recruitment trends and practice
