We are pleased to inform you that our company office, Universal Steel Smelting Co., Inc. is currently seeking candidates to then join and fill the position as Timekeeper/Logistics Staff and able to work under tempoaray working hours system.

We are a competent professional company, therefore we have specific criteria for the interested candidates. We give priority to candidates who are experienced in the field of Hotel/Restaurant & Hotel/Tourism with a minimum Bachelor's Degree. In addition, we also prioritize candidates who are professional at work, uphold honesty, discipline in responsibility, and are capable to complete their task as well as possible.

We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. Your capability will be highly appreciated by our company.

I. Timekeeping:

Facilitates preparation of Overtime Authorization Slips and ensures that these are duly approved and signed by designated approving officers.
Prepares weekly summary of employees’ labor accountability and submits it to Accounting for payroll preparation.

II. Logistics Staff/Support:

Coordinates with customers regarding schedule and confirmation of deliveries.
Prepares Order Sheet based on Sales Order and forwards to Sales for the preparation of Delivery Receipt.
Coordinates with Sales regarding schedule of deliveries, and with QC for the preparation of Quality Test Certificate.
After receiving DR from Sales, prepares Loading Slip and forwards to FG Warehouseman for loading.
Prepares Gate Pass for approval.
Coordinates with QC and Sales regarding product returns for proper action.
Maintains record of deliveries.
Handles incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Assists dispatcher in informing/confirming customers of their orders.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Qualifications:

College Level/Graduate
With or with no experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Okay with fixed overtime and extending hours when needed
Good oral and communication skills
Proficient use and knowledge of MS Office
Okay to be assigned at Balintawak, Quezon City
