We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Pasay City and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as US Recruitment Manager in our business office, Stefanini Philippines, Inc..

Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or even higher and greatly experienced in Admin/Human Resources & Human Resources are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

What will you do:

  •  Manages and leads the recruitment function and team o Responsible for their performance, development and success 
  • Ensures that the recruiters are fully utilized and hiring service level agreements (SLAs) are met o Owns the delivery of metrics for recruitment activities and understands that the data and its accuracy are a critical tool for analyzing the performance of the recruiting function 
  • Drives the recruiting marketing strategies to ensure that there is a good pipeline of sourcing channels 
  • Meets with the internal clients to review the hiring process and requirements and implements improvements for greater productivity and efficiencies 
  • Acts as a partner to the business in analyzing demands, workforce plans and required strategies to meet current and future demands 
  • Explores staffing best practices in the market and implements appropriate best practices in the organization 
  • Observes the trends in recruitment especially in the use of technology and social media and creates strategies around those trends 
  • Responsible for the hiring of key personnel 
  • Identifies recruiting issues and root causes and creates plans for improvements 
  • Communicates openly about challenges faced by recruiting and provides proactive plans to address those challenge.

What do you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent required. 
  • Minimum of 5 years recruitment supervisory and/or management experience.
  • Must have US staffing recruitment professional experience.
  • Experience in W2,C2C tax terms and solid background in Managed service provider (MSP) 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, SmartSearch preferred.
  • Must have business knowledge on the following: o RPO o KPI o Client Management o Contract Staffing 
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. 
  • Must be willing to work in a permanent US Shift.
