JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is responsible for leading the team and monitoring all warehouse transactions efficiently and to ensure all warehouse activities are being performed and initiated effectively based on Warehouse Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Direct to deliver the target stock level per branch nationwide without sacrificing the sales objective, attain efficient customer service to supplier and internal customers (e.g. Branches/HO Dept) at a reasonable cost and ensure that inventories are recorded accurately and timely. To protect all inventories from receiving, storage and deliveries until it reached and satisfied the end users.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- College graduate, BS Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics
- Over 3 years of work experience as Warehouse Manager
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Strong knowledge in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Knowledge on data system processing and excellent in MS Office
- Strong decision-making and ability to manage staff
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Very keen attention to details
- Physically and mentally fit
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
- With positive attitude and is self-motivated, active, and safety-conscious
