QUALIFICATIONS:
A. DEVELOPER TRAINEE
Related work experience of at least one (1) year
Minimum technical skills requirements: C#, Bootstrap, CSS, Other Front-end
B. JUNIOR DEVELOPER
Related work experience of at least two (2) years
Minimum technical skills requirements: C#, Asp.Net Core, Bootstrap, CSS, other Front-End. React is a plus.
C. SENIOR DEVELOPER
Related work experience of at least five (5) years
Minimum technical skills requirements: C#, Asp.Net Core, WEB API, CORS, N-Tier, Architecture, Bootstrap, CSS, Other Front-End. React is a plus.
ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
1.Solid understanding of software design patterns and architectures
2.Sound and in-depth understanding of SDLC principles, OOP, design patterns, unit testing.
3.Good understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
4.Proven experience in producing high-quality code and implementing engineering best practices.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Possesses analytical, problem-solving, good communication, customer service, organizational and time management skills.
2. Willing to travel and do field works, across Mindanao regions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain applications, interfaces, and batch services according to the coding standard and pre-defined architecture/design.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Support Project Leader in system requirements analysis, estimate development workload and planning.
- Support testing team in troubleshooting during testing phase.
