We are open recruitment and happily inform you that we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Executive Secretary in our company, Hill Myna Beach Resort and Cottages. For candidates who reside in Palawan and its neighboring regions, we are looking for you to be a part of us and work in our company office, and able to labor under a full time system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers, because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We are interested in hearing from you as soon as possible if you have expertise in the fields Admin/Human Resources & Secretarial/Executive Personal Assistant and possess a Not Specified or higher.
We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱10,000 - ₱12,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

Hill Myna Beach Resort and Cottages (the Company) is located in So. Sabang, Brgy, Cabayugan, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
However, the Company’s office is located in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
As an Executive Secretary, you will assist the General Manager in the following tasks:
- Monitors Google Sheets records of the Hill Myna Beach ( the Company);
- Manages the Social Media Accounts of the said Company;
- Manages incoming bookings or reservations from guests thru the Company’s social media accounts;
- Communicates with our prospect’s Guests thru chat.
- Records, and encode confirmed bookings from our 3rd Party Partner sites (Agoda, Booking.com, and Expedia) to our Google Spreadsheets.
- Coordinates with our members of the team regarding all matters regarding the abovementioned things and matters.
- Can travel from Puerto Princesa to Sabang (w/ driver provided) when business needs require.
Qualifications:
a. Knows how to communicate in English;
b. Computer literate;
c. Great interpersonal skills;
d. Fast learner;
e. Knows how to manage time and to organize
Fresh graduate is highly encouraged to apply.
Preferably, a resident of Puerto Princesa.
Equipment (Laptop and/or desktop) will be provided.
Mandated Government benefits shall also be provided, as well as incentives.
The work setup may be hybrid; Onsite and Work from Home depending on business needs.

Hill Myna Beach Resort and Cottages is located in So. Sabang, Brgy, Cabayugan, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
Our hotel is a budget hotel with 14 rooms with a bar and restaurant.
We are currently operating under 5-8 people.
Most of our reservations came from our 3rd party partner sites.
We also have walk-ins but our ground staff in the hotel handles such a work.
