DESCRIPTIONS:
Under the direct supervision of the HR Asst. Manager, responsible for the performance of all function related to Employee Relations activities of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Psychology and Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- With at least one (1) year work experience in Employee Relations tasks.
- Required Skills: Analytical, Planning, Organizing and Very Good Communication skills both oral and written.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (MSWord, Excel & Powerpoint).
- Applicants must be willing to work in Toyota Industrial Complex, Sta. Rosa City, Laguna and can start immediately.
