For those of you who are interested to be a part of our company with the position of PRODUCTION CONTROL STAFF (STo. Tomas, Batangas: 18K - 25K!) JPH2 and able to work in the WFO (Work From Office) system with full time working hours.

We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱18,000 - ₱25,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management course.
- Has at least 6 months of working experience from manufacturing company
- Knowledgeable in SAP system is an advantage
- Has good verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably residing at Sto. Tomas, Batangas or nearby areas
- Full-Time position available
- Must be proficient n MS Excel / Powerpoint
- Strong communication skills
- Can start immediately
Job Responsibilities:
- Make production plans based on the forecast and/or request pf clients
- Monitor the production progress to ensure that the delivery schedules of products are met
- Coordinate with the Production and Warehouse Section with regards to required materials for production
- Know and understand the production plan
- Know the production order and check the progress based on the production result
- Conduct Production/Sales Meeting
- Collect data and report of production record
- Know and study monthly achievement of Production Yield / Production lead time / Inventory control / Manpower loading time control / other production information
- Shipment control based on shipping instructions
