JOB SUMMARY
- Ensure that proper inspection of the units and those with findings are arranged for immediate rectification before the owner’s Welcome Tour Schedule
- Ensure that all utilities are in place and working properly
- Responsible for the efficient and overall performance of the condominium
- Ensures that the programs and services to unit owners are adequately delivered within the designed financial regulations
- Prepares and monitors budget operations and maintenance against actual expenditures
- Ensures accurate billing and collections
- Ensures strict compliance of the property with all government requirements
- Ensures that all maintenance programs for the property are executed as per schedule to minimize defect and downtime
- Ensures that the safety and security aspect is maintained at all times by designing and implementing a security, safety, and emergency management plan
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real-Estate Management or any related field.
- With at least five (5) years of related working experience
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to start as soon as possible
