The Sales Associate identifies potential of the area of assignment by creating market opportunities, qualifying and developing prospects for conversion into regular customers. The role requires area scanning, sourcing and developing various channels to generate sales, and negotiating sales contracts.
- Conducts field sales activity within assigned territory
- Identify a sufficient number of prospects that can turn into sales leads
- Categorize and qualify desirable prospects for development into regular customers
- Build relationships with proper sales channels to generate repeat sales
- Create and negotiate offers to entice prospect customers to close deals
- Benchmark products of competition and leverage own products to maximize sales and profit
Qualifications
- Graduate of a college degree course; Engineering or Architecture course is an advantage
- Willing to do field sales activity in assigned area
- Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated to build a career in Sales
- Must be a resident of Albay/Sorsogon area
