·        Leads the assessment of business and application requirements;

·        Drives the development of functional and system specifications;

·        During implementation for S4 Hana Private Cloud, conducts fit/gap analysis;

·        Lead the team in Exploration Phase, and be able to Conduct Fit to Standard workshop;

·        Leads business process modelling;

·        Configures the software according to business requirements;

·        Develops and executes tests to validate the required functionalities;

·        Maintains all the necessary documentation;

·        Ensures to effectively perform knowledge transfer to clients;

·        Leads communication in a team environment with clients and colleagues;

·        Provides support for deployment and sustainment as necessary;

·        Ensures quality of delivery for self and teammates;

·        Helps develop the skills of teammates thru training and/or mentoring;

·        Provides assistance on pre-sales activities as necessary.

Qualifications

·        full project lifecycle implementations of any SAP module (FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, etc.);

·        Extensive experience designing and configuring the key integration points;

·        Background in Functional Business Process is a plus;

·        Experienced configuration skills in SAP S/4HANA;

·        Willing to undergo Training and Certification in SAP S4 Hana Cloud; 

·        Applicants who are experienced with Fiori are a plus;

·        Experience and knowledge of consulting practices and techniques;

·        Ability to develop strong relationships with clients;

·        Excellent time-management skills;

·        Ability and willingness to deliver results with an aggressive timeline;

·        Effective coaching and knowledge transfer skills;

·        Ability to thrive in a team environment;

·        Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills;

·        Above average communication and presentation skills;

·        Ability to adhere to company processes and practices;

·        Should be willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila and/or overseas;

·        Should be willing to work for both on-site and on off-site conditions.
