Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager who will oversee operations at our warehouse in Zambales and another location to be specified in Luzon. You will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The warehouse manager must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping times for our project materials. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.
Job Description:
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and security.
- Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
- Must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfillment, and track shipping times for our project materials.
- Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity and efficiency.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, setting up layout, space management, efficient space utilization, logistics, and shipping.
- Oversee and manage logistics for transporting materials to site and to hand over client spares to the project site at the completion of the project.
- Oversee security and administrative functions.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
