We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Assistant Mall Manager (Baguio City and Pangasinan). For those of you who live in Benguet (Baguio City) & Pangasinan (Others) and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, SM Supermalls (Shopping Center Management Corporation), and able to under a full time working hours.
As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Building/Construction & Property/Real Estate with at least Not Specified, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

The Assistant Mall Manager assist the Mall Manager in ensuring the profitable mall operations in accordance with Management’s directives and income expectations.
The incumbent shall implement programs for the constant enhancement of the physical value of the mall by creating strategies in order to ensure a safe and secure environment that will encourage customers to continually patronize mall products and services.
He/She shall likewise effectively and consistently implement policies, guidelines and procedures across all areas in conformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations and statutory requirements in support to the objectives of maximizing shareholder’s return and maintaining leadership in the retail industry.
The position shall cover the following areas:
• Building Administration and Property Management
• Tenant Relations
• Tenant Sales Performance
• Marketing Initiatives
• Administrative Management
Qualifications:
- Management or Building Administration for minimum of 3 years.
- Excellent Leadership and entrepreneurial qualities.
- Graduate of any 4-year Business course. (Preferably background in Engineering/Architecture or any related course)
- Knowledge in Engineering and property management, background in the areas of marketing, general business concepts including human resource management, and facility in accounting, leasing and administration.
- Excellent technical and communication skills; and, strong analytical, inter-personal and presentation skills.
