We offer you a fairly competitive salary that can be adjusted depending on the credibility you can contribute to our company. It typically ranges from ₱30,000 - ₱42,000 and likely to change at any time. This salary negotiation must be agreed based on our company's HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of rental properties. Knowledge in accounting, hotel management and computer IT is a plus.
LOCATION: Near St Lukes Hospital, Trinity College E. Rodriguez QC
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the properties under their care operate smoothly
- Responsible for maintenance of the property by supervising contractors
- Keep property records and prepare budgets and financial report for owners.
- Hire, supervise and assign duties to employees
- Keep accurate record of inspections, repair & maintenance costs, rent collection, government contributions and lease agreements
Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years of property experience
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Knowledge in IT and computer maintenance
- Knowledgeable in basic accounting.
- Detail oriented and strong communication skills
- Able to drive is a plus
