Our company Concentrix Philippines is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in Makati City, Manila City, Pasay City, & San Juan City and surrounding areas with minimum criteria High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, & Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Services & Customer Service, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of customer service advisor at cnxc ane - financial account | 23500 monthly and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱18,000 - ₱24,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

Your Role as a Customer Experience (CX) Rockstar

You will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience when interacting on behalf of our clients; and that their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

To achieve this, you will use your excellent communication skills to clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools and resources to provide appropriate resolutions. You will listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport with the customer to ensure a positive experience.

Your success in this role will be based on your ability to consistently deliver high-quality service and exceeding customers’ expectations. • Are a college graduate with or without background in the Customer Experience (CX) industry

• Have at least six (6) months background in the Customer Experience (CX) industry

• Have good English communication skills

• Are willing to work on a shifting schedule
