We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Database Administrator with SQL Knowledge(Mandaluyong). We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

Job Description

Ø Encodes new one time and recurring donations from various fundraising channels

Ø Carries out preparation, checking and reconciliation of billing data before submitting to bank companies

Ø Prepares and submits billing files according to bank companies’ prescribed formats

Ø Prepares and send out letters to donors for returned checks

Ø Opens and sorts business reply envelops (BREs), postal mail, faxed donation forms Encoding of Credit Card, Cash, Cheque, Postal Money Order (PMO) donations and donations via messengerial pick-up

Ø Prepares Official Receipts and Thank you packs for donors

Ø Prepares batch reports Cash, Cheque and PMO

Ø Prepares and send chargeback letters/requests

Ø Files printed reply forms and scans them for electronics filing

Ø Prints acknowledgement receipts for one time-donations

Ø Data cleansing, formatting and validation

Ø Data reporting and analyses using pivot tables and other advanced Excel formulas. 

Job Specifications:

Work schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Rockwell Business Center Sheridan, Mandaluyong City

Educational Background: College Graduate of IT/Comsci or any Business Course

Experienced Required: At least 2 years related experience

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday onsite

Technical Skills Required: proficiency in MSExcel and data management and encoding,

Experience in advanced Excel formulas is and SQL is a must

Language Required: Fluency in English and Filipino. Adequate English business communication skills in writing and speaking is required.
