We offer you a fairly competitive base salary of ₱25,000 - ₱28,000 in average and can be adjusted according to the capabilities that you offer for our company and have been negotiated under HRD agreement.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitoring of the property maintenance both in QC and BGC office as well as warehouse
- Attend to the requirements of the company such as LLDA, DENR and PCO
- Daily inspection of the facilities as well as the showroom
- Coordinate and inspect major contract work on electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling ventilation and other system
- Preventive maintenance for elevators as well as air conditioning & chillers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer
- At least 1 year experience in related field
- Knowledgeable with LLDA and PCO is an advantage
- Good communication skills, team player, logical and well organized
