We are hiring! Our company is merrily looking for a candidate to fill the position of Facilities Manager - Tagaytay. For those of you who live in Cavite and its surrounding areas, we need you to then join our company office, Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc. (Pro-Excel), and able to under a full time working hours.
As a professional business with expertise in the field we serve, we have specific standards for each candidates interested to join our company. If you have experience in the field of Manufacturing & Maintenance with at least Bachelor's/College Degree, professional, honest, and disciplined, we will enthusiastically hearing from you to join our company.
We offer you the salary rates ranging from ₱50,000 - ₱70,000. The provision pertaining to the average starting initial salary we offer may change if you meet or even beyond the minimum requirement we are looking for in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensures that the permits are updated with copies being kept on site. renewal/engagement of third-party contracts and 201 files are complete with a folder per unit.
- Setting up of accounting procedures and processes as applicable to the site and financial records are all complete.
- Overseeing the property’s day-to-day operations of property from compliance with DCCR and DCG, knowledge of facilities, machinery, and equipment, and observing T&C activities if any.
- With experience in working with retail property
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably licensed in Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering.
- Experience in handling a start-up property to operational is a plus.
- At least five 5 years of experience as a Property Engineer/Manager.
- Willing to be assigned in Tagaytay City.
