Our company Citigroup Business Process Solutions Pte. Ltd. is currently looking for candidates who are domiciled in National Capital Reg, Cavite, Laguna (Others), Rizal (Antipolo) & Rizal (others) and surrounding areas with minimum criteria High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate & Bachelor's/College Degree and experienced in the field of Services & Customer Service, as well as behave in a disciplined and honest manner, to then be placed in the position of earn up to 33k + retirement plan|customer care executive|phone interview and be able to work in full time system.

In accordance of our HRD decision, the net salary we can offer is of ₱26,000 - ₱33,000 per month which is competitive and can be adjusted to the work capabilities that the candidate offers for our company.

The Customer Solutions Officer role (Service Analyst 1) in CBPS is an entry-level position servicing off-shore clients of Citi . The overall objective of this role is to provides world class service excellence to Citi global clients by offering a remarkable phone and digital banking experience. They handle customer service-related concerns of Citi clients that may involve general service inquiries, billing and disputes, credit, collections, retentions, mortgage, fraud, telesales, rewards inquiries and fulfillment. The role also ensures customer inbound and outbound telephone inquiries are answered in an efficient and timely manner, maintaining compliance with departmental standards. They Identify and fulfill clients’ necessities by providing an exceptional customer experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• International BPO voice experience is a plus

• College Graduate of any 4 year course

• Call Center Experience is not required for applicants who completed a Bachelor’s Degree

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

• High School Graduates need to have 6 months BPO international voice experience

• Above average English communication skills and comfortable speaking with other nationalities

• Amenable working on shifting schedule, holidays & weekends (fixed 5-day work week)

• Amenable to working in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig

• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
