Our company is currently seeking employees to fill the position as Financial Reporting Assistant WFH (Mckinley Taguig). The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱20,000 - ₱25,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

Key Areas of Accountability:
1. Financial reporting;
2. Petty cash; and
3. Financial closing
Job Specifications
1. Review balances: preparation of schedules;
2. AMEX application/coordination;
3. Monitor RBE accruals;
4. Monitor PO accruals;
5. Petty cash management;
6. Accruals, reversals, & other monthly adjustments;
7. Prepare BS accounts schedules;
8. Prepare bank reconciliation schedules;
9. Sending monthly reports to divisions: Summary of Expenses;
10. AMEX summary and sending SOAs to cardholders;
11. BS Review with various divisions;
12. FS working trial balance;
13. Review balances of accounts;
14. Preparation of accounts schedules; and
15. Review/updated policies and procedures
Knowledge & Experience:
- · Well versed with the BPCS system or other accounting systems;
- · Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.;
- · Has experience in the review of financial reporting reporting;
- · Assigned in majority of the job specifications above;
- · At least 3 years work experience; and
- · Expertise in preparing and analyzing various reports
Competencies required:
- Keen to details, able to work in a team environment, good organizational skills, and has a multi- tasking ability;
- Strong communication skills;
- Project management skills; and
- Commitment to meet the deadline and accept additional responsibilities based on the exigencies of the job
Minimum Qualification:
- College education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate
- Work experience: At least 3 years work experience
