The starting salary we can offer is in a range from ₱29,000 - ₱30,000, this salary range that we offer is negotiable can change at any time according to our HRD's decision depending on the capability of the candidate can offered for our company.

•      Establishes clear team objectives and work assignments and conducts performance feedback and talent management processes

•      Builds and maintains partnerships with internal and external customers and partners

•      Assisting HRdirect Manager with staff requirements

•      Aligning team and individual performance expectations with organizational goals / Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates

•      Ensures all Service KPIs are met. Monitor compliance of the SOW including all obligations relating to deliverables and KPIs. Work with Manager to manage and meet commitments, requirements and expectations.

Personnel skills and competencies required:

·       Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience, Master’s Degree preferred

·       3-6 years relevant professional experience HR or related field. Exceptional communication/CR service skills. Very good knowledge of local Employment Law.

·       Full-Time position(s) available.

Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between the manager and Supplier.

• Daily attendance monitoring

• Approval of leave requests of team members (Team POC coordinates with manager on vacation dates to ensure daily operations is not disrupted).

• Coordinates with manager and Supplier on onboarding and offboarding activities of team members.

• Manage inquiries from team members regarding benefits and/or payroll (for avoidance of doubts, payroll and benefits are managed by Supplier. Team POC is to coordinates directly with Supplier)Providing fair, constructive, and timely feedback towards performance expectations and goals

• Ensure prompt identification and resolution of Service delivery issues. Manages performance of team members through regular coaching and ad-hoc. Initiate and track improvement program of team members as and when required.

• Staffing and training of team members. Maintain a development plan with required training. Ensure training are conducted without disruption. Approval from manager shall be needed.

• Aligns with manager on process and systems updates and ensures all team members are up-to-date with any new updates.

• Knowledge transfer on Service Scope during transition of a leaving team member to new team member to minimize any knowledge gap due to turnovers
