We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱25,000 - ₱35,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business strategy
- Supervise the hiring process from recruiting, qualifying, interviewing, hiring, to onboarding
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Support current and future needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Maintain company directory and other organizational records
- Nurture a positive working environment
