The average starting salary we can offer you is in the range of ₱100,000 - ₱140,000. If you have credibility beyond the minimum criteria we are looking for, the provisions regarding the average initial salary we offer may change according to our company HRD agreement.

- Ensure compliance on Test Standards and Practice set by TCOE
- Provide guidance on Test Approach, Test Risk Management and Mitigation of Project assigned and Conduct Test Governance
- Conduct Test Governance Kick-Off/Process Roll-Out to Projects for onboarding under TCOE Governance
- Conduct Quality Reviews of Quality Test Activities, Deliverables across SDLC Phase and Process Quality
- Quality Metrics Tracking and Reporting Support TCOE Head in refining Test Governance Operations
- Support TCOE Head in refining Test Tool Support and Administration
- Conduct Test Approach discussions/consultations for Project Teams
- Track project quality through deliverables review
