Stealth Monitoring’s Master Data Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day- to- day operations of Master Data Team. Regularly assess own and team’s challenges in completing the tasks while upholding group accountability and responsibility in operational goals.

The Supervisor will be the first line of support for every business escalation related to team operations and will work with VP of Innovation and Deployment in handling business risks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implement and account for the data and process controls.
• Lead process creation and continuous improvement initiatives resulting from challenging the ways of working or from opportunities derived from regular monitoring of performance in quality and other key operational metrics.
• Plan, supervise and coordinate personnel and processes within the operations team.
• First to respond and handle escalations, urgent and high-severity concerns related to Master Data operations/processes.
• Regularly assess the situations or challenges, plan and organize the resources to effectively manage operations and business continuity especially during disruptive events.
• Develop relevant operational metrics or performance indications which support Master Data Management organization’s goals and KPIs.
• Ensure that Data Quality, metrics, performance indicators and Service Level Agreements are communicated within the team and that each member understands how these translate to their own or group performance and quality of work.
• Lead in the measurement, monitoring and timely reporting VP of Innovations and Deployment regarding results and highlights. Provide insights/Root Cause analysis/Action points for identified issues or below targets.
• Supervise each member on technical, process or interpersonal and provide feedback on performance and behavior timely.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years proven leadership in the role.
• Minimum of 3-year experience in Master Data Management and in business transformation is a must.
• Power BI, Power Automate and other Microsoft Suite tools experience is preferred.
• Process & Quality Management: the act of planning and monitoring the performance of a process
• Continuous Improvement: understand the methodology to continuously improve the processes by eliminating defects or identifying enhancements
• Data Analysis: transforming data to extracting information and draw conclusions
• Problem Resolution: ability to resolve escalation issues or problems
• Risk Management: identification and management or mitigation of risks
