We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.

Due to prioritize professionalism in the work environment, the salary can be adjusted upon compromise with our company's HRD according to the capabilities of the candidate.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for canvassing and procuring of supplies/materials, equipment and services once received the Procurement Form from requester.
  • Responsible for the shipment of supplies/materials in the field
  • Responsible for proper recording, marking and coding of fixed assets and maintaining records for all the procured items
  • Provide assistance to local procurement of supplies and material.
  • Oversee in the transportation, shipping and delivery of merchandise
  • Manage inventory of stocks to ensure that there is always an adequate supply ready.
  • Keep a close monitoring of warehouse personnel to ensure that the product inventory are well kept and are always sufficient to respond to demands
  • Manage the movement of range of goods and supplies
  • Manage loading of goods and supplies in delivery vehicles
  • Manage daily route and schedule of shipment and deliveries and track the progress of shipment
  • Maintain communication with carriers, suppliers, warehouse personnel and others involved in the shipping and delivery of merchandise
  • Participate in and perform any special projects that will contribute to the overall success of the business
  • Performs support tasks of the logistics team, which may include data entry, review billing, communicating with outside vendors, etc.
  • Generates reports that capture completed transactions
  • Notifies appropriate team members of encountered logistical issues.
  • Printing and filing of Packing Slips, Commercial Invoice, Gate Pass, Delivery Receipt for all shipment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related course.
  • At least one year of work experience in procurement / logistics.
  • Ability to perform multitasking and ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Excellent timekeeper and should be a team player.
  • Must be organized and must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Powerpoint applications.
  • Strong communication and language skills; excellent English and Filipino dialects, writing and oral communication skills.
