We are hiring for candidates in the residents of National Capital Reg and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as QUANTITY SURVEYOR | WORK FROM HOME in our business office, Bowdens.

Candidates with a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree, & Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or even higher and greatly experienced in Building/Construction & Quantity Surveying are especially required. We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱30,000 - ₱40,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

- Work on all aspects of cost management, planning and estimating inception of project through completion;
- Undertake cost analysis, value engineering and budget review;
- Quote preparation for the client, manual take offs from construction drawings to confirm quantities, preparing variation orders, value engineering and evaluating tenders;
- Prepare detailed Schedule of Quantities for tendering and construction administration (measuring and estimating material and labour costs);
- Develop and maintain accurate cost reporting;
- Work on keeping the project on time and within the budget;
- Verify claims and payments throughout the design and contract construction stages;
- Undertake the valuing of variations and potential variations;
- Prepare and compile budget, financial reports, monthly progress claims and the like for Project Manager’s review;
- Contract administration including finalization of accounts, create regular status report on commercial matters, providing advice on contractual matters;
- Review of extension time claims;
- Preparation and presentation of the project update during meetings
- Perform other related tasks that will be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent;
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying works on large scale building and infrastructure projects;
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, GSuite
- Experience in project contract administration, general business administration and project management;
- Has an in-depth understanding with the quality control and safety standards;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High numerical skills
- Strong attention to details and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with working on construction sites
- Great time management and organization skills
- Ability to read construction plans, excellent computer skills, CAD software
