Morning Shift
Responsibilities:
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling via the CT platform
• Answers questions about product specifications and pricing
• Upsells members to larger products, more extensive packages, and/or higher-priced services
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective members
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential members to meet their needs.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of successful sales experience in a high-volume environment is preferred
• Sales experience in the travel or timeshare industry is preferred
• Enhanced sales skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, specifically MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with other proprietary database software

Cloudstaff was established in 2005 by Australian Internet pioneer Mr Lloyd Ernst. The company initially focused on software development for Western markets.
