We are hiring for candidates in the residents of Pampanga (Others) and the surrounding regions, we are open recruitment for the positions as Sales & Service Associate in our business office, Cloudstaff Philippines Inc..

Candidates with a Not Specified or even higher and greatly experienced in Arts/Media/Communications & Public Relations are especially required. Because our company values a competitive and professional work atmosphere, the candidates we seek must be dependable, honest, disciplined, and diligent.
We can offer you a salary that is generally between ₱16,000 - ₱38,000, which is competitive and reasonable. But no need to be worry! If you are beyond our expectations and dedicated to bringing our company to be much better with the credibility that you can offer, the salary range is negotiable and also can be changed according to our company HRD agreement.

Responsibilities:
• Able to understand and demonstrate consultative selling techniques
• Make and receive calls, and customer queries via email & chat, with the ability to switch between efficiently
• Personally responsible for meeting monthly individual goals, quotas and metric
• Assist customers with queries, communicating with internal stakeholders as required
• Manage customer information confidentially and accurately
Qualifications:
• 1-2+ years of outbound sales experience in a BPO setting doing mini-vacs/memberships with credit card pullout is a desirable skill
• Possess critical thinking skills, objection handling & problem solving skills
• Verifiable track record of success in a sales role
• Comfortable making outbound and taking inbound member calls, dealing with emails and live chat
• Advanced communication skills to help explain the products and services to the customers
• Ability to be successful in a performance-based environment
