Business Trends Philippines has open a job vacancy for the domicile of National Capital Reg and surrounding areas as sales executive for logistics industry (manila) with contract work system which will then be placed in our company office.

Overall Responsibility

The Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new accounts and strengthening business relationships with existing clients to ensure sales and marketing objectives and strategies of the Company are achieved.

II. Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assists Immediate Superior in implementing sales and marketing plans and applies the most effective strategy to strengthen and expand client base.

2. Strengthens business relationships with existing accounts through regular and quality client calls and serves as primary point of contact for customer concerns and needs. Ensures problems are resolved on time and corrective actions ore implemented.

3. Prepares and recommends sales quotation/proposal with contribution margin analysis and discuss them with Immediate Superior for approval.

4. Solicits booking from current and new accounts and negotiates for rate improvements/or arrangements.

5. Provides information and updates to customers on matters related.

6. Gathers and interprets useful information of competitors and shore with the team for further analysis.

7. Prepares and submits necessary reports such as weekly sales call visit, Sales highlights and business/ performance review.

8. Adheres to the standards, policies and procedures of the company

9. Assists in the conduct of market research and development of marketing plans and collaterals aligned with the general direction of the business unit.

10. Monitors progress of sales/revenue of assigned territory and takes necessary actions to achieve target.

11. Acquire new accounts by identifying business opportunities and potential customers and negotiating with key personnel to introduce and offer services.

12. Ensures maintenance of existing accounts by delivering efficient service and constantly reviewing rates and special arrangements to their satisfaction without adversely affecting the company’s sales target.

13. Liaise with Billing, Credit and Collection to ensure all services rendered are collected in full and on-time.

Education

  • Graduate of four ( 4) years baccalaureate course Bachelors ‘ degree in any of general subject courses.

Experience

  • Minimum of one ( l ) year experience in sales and marketing in the logistics industry
