Job Summary:
Responsible in providing full-time customer services to all IBTM / ILTM buyer queries.
The successful candidate will support the IBTM / ILTM Buyer Account Managers during recruitment, qualification and data cleaning activities.
He/she will:
- Actively support the delivery of the IBTM / ILTM buyer programs
- Provide professional service and support for all IBTM / ILTM buyers, striving to exceed customer expectations
- Proactively seek out information about each show to be in order to able to provide accurate information to customers.
- Provide proactive and reactive customer support during the full IBTM / ILTM show cycle from registration to onsite experience.
- Clean exiting data for IBTM / ILTM
- Chase buyers who haven’t registered or not selected appointments preferences
- Meet productivity standards and adhere to Department policy, best practice guidelines and procedures
- Be aware of, and have the ability to adapt to, cultural differences
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Take ownership of queries from start to finish
Accountabilities:
• Answer e-mail and call enquiries
• Profile adding / updating via Certain and Nova / Atlas
• Send e-mails for referencing and invitations
• Data updating and cleaning
• Outbound calls for potential and registered Hosted Buyers
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills is essential
• Business-to-business experience is a plus
• Confident in dealing effectively with internal and external customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time and organization skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
• Ability to quickly adapt to varying client and/or project demands
• Experience at working independently and within a team collaboration environment
• Ability to learn new transaction processes quickly
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Ability to provide information to customers in a clear, concise, courteous, polite and professional manner
• Data management experience is a strong advantage
