We are offering a salary of ₱16,000 - ₱38,000 for this position for interested candidates. However, this salary range can be negotiated and changed if the candidate's credibility exceeds our expectations and for sure, the agreement is adjusted to the policies of our company's HRD. JOB PURPOSE
- Responsible for managing and securing the store’s resources (personnel, inventory and equipment) using established systems and procedures with the end goal of achieving sales targets and satisfying the customer while maintaining a profitable retail operation.
- Achieves financial objectives set for the stores and area assignment.
- Ensures that merchandising standards are maintained, marketing programs and events are implemented as directed and premium customer service is provided to drive sales and meet customer needs.
- Ensures that the store’s inventory value is within applied variances.
- Develops and implements actions plans for the achievement of targets.
- Manages stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
- Builds stores’ existing business and local brand awareness through consistent utilization of company provided programs and resources.
- Develops sales strategies and tactics to optimize market opportunities.
- Reviews sales environments and key business indicators within the area and to identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement in order to achieve financial & operational goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
