Position Purpose:
The Specialist – Talent Acquisition will support the Recruiting Team by efficiently executing administrative duties and actively participating in all recruiting processes.
Job Requirements:
- Performs administrative tasks in support of recruiting efforts
- Conduct screening of applicants/resumes, coordinating phone/in-person interviews
- Conduct recruiting staff with job fairs and college recruiting events
- Will create postings and run reports out of our Applicant Tracking System (Taleo)
- Coordinate background checks through our Background Screening Vendor, notify appropriate personnel of each new-hire onboarding progress, and schedule new employee orientation classes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment
- Preferably with a College degree
- Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
