We offer a competitive monthly base salary from ₱16,000 - ₱38,000.

TRAINING STAFF
Overview
The Training Staff acts as the training manager’s general support in all activities of their department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides extensive administrative and clerical support to the training team which includes, but not delimited to, documentations, information dissemination and customer relations.
- Researches and endorses learning and development programs identified needed.
- Assists in the development training modules and execution of training program.
- Coordinates all requirements needed for all internal and external trainings.
- Performs other related tasks as determined by immediate superior.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts / Psychology and other related disciplines.
- Work experience in the field is an advantage.
- With excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be personable and has great interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
