We are currently looking for adequate candidates to fill the position of Accounts Administrator - Quickbooks. For candidates who reside in Quezon City and its surrounding areas, we are looking forward to hearing from you to join our team at Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) and willing to work in our office under full time working hours system.
We have specific requirements for each of our employees as well as potential workers because we are a professional and knowledgeable business in the field we work in. We look forward to hearing from you soon if you have expertise in the fields of Accounting/Finance & General/Cost Accounting with a minimum Bachelor's/College Degree.
We can give you a fairly competitive salary in the amount of ₱20,000 - ₱30,000 on average. It also can be modified based on the credibility and experience you can provide for our business in accordance with our company HRD agreement.

- Utilize QuickBooks to efficiently manage financial records and transactions.
- Match payments received with corresponding invoices and update payment records.
- Maintain and update the supplier payments sheet to ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Provide assistance with financial matters, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Conduct credit control activities to chase late payments through email and phone calls.
- Manage office bills, including processing payments and reconciling accounts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role as an Accounts Administrator or in a related financial position.
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency in using accounting software.
- Proficient with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with credit control procedures and experience in managing office bills.
Location: Homebased
Working schedule: Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm PST
Must have a good internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS
