The competitive net salary we can offer is start from ₱40,000 to a maximum of ₱50,000, depending on the capability of the candidate and can be discussed with the HRD of our company.

  • Monitor for incoming tickets, emails, chat messages from customers
  • Provide response to customers in a timely and proactive manner
  • Work with customer contacts to obtain and clarify requirements
  • Document solutions adequately to ensure a clean handover to the client which will include flow charts and knowledge articles.
  • Work with the company’s developer to hand over the requirement for build
  • Perform QA and testing activities once build is complete
  • Perform polishing activities before the work is handed over to client
  • Submit change requests in the client instance
  • Perform migrations from sub-prod to prod
  • Perform system administration tasks on the company or customers instance such as day-to-day administration, error troubleshooting and resolution across a variety of ServiceNow applications
  • Develop customer success plans that outline clear objectives, deliverables, and success criteria; track and report on progress; adjust plans as necessary to achieve outcomes
  • Assist the company’s Architect on customer upgrades, health checks, security reviews, roadmaps, or new customer onboarding by drafting reports, conducting research or performing testing as required
  • Contribute ideas to the development of the Customer Success function within the company.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • University level education in computer science or equivalent
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ITIL Certified (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as System Administrator on ServiceNow
  • Proven experience in a Customer Success role
  • Worked on at least 2 different ServiceNow instances for different clients.

Skills:

  • Good level of cyber security awareness
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse customer stakeholders
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow products and services and their applications in various industries
  • Stay up to date with latest ServiceNow products, updates, and industry trends and use this knowledge to help customers leverage new functions and drive innovation
  • Familiarity with project management and service delivery processes is a plus.

Location: Homebased

Working schedule: Monday to Friday; 9am to 6pm AU

Must have a good internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS
